It is practically impossible for R&D to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.
We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from www.rdcraze.com is aware of this genuine problem. While ordering on internet, we suggest that customers should be extra careful of following –
- Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. For example, even if you yourself try to photograph from a digital camera or scan a red garment, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor and vice versa. Though imaging technology has advanced, still no full proof solution to this problem is available at the moment.
- Many a time’s green and blue shades also overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
- Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
- Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is an inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.
- Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, hand embroidered, handloom, hand weaved products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variations keeping the same theme constant in an artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items.
Beads and Sequences missing or Coming off We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequins and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Many times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in a few hours you might lose some of them. Do not panic or over-react because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses / sarees worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down.

Washing Care:
- Handwash lightly with mild detergent. Do not soak any cotton dress & do not wash with another garment. Dry inside out in shade. Dry clean is ideal but hand wash also works.
- Taking care of your clothes will keep them looking good and fresh for longer.
- The following instructions will help you prolong the life of your clothes.
- Water is precious. Wash garments only when necessary. Airing it after every use will keep them fresh for use, a couple of times.
- Our garments are machine washable wat medium speed and cold water but Do not put them in a washing machine or dryer.
- We recommend pure cotton cloths should wash by hand or dry clean.
- Moderate shrinkage may be expected.
- Do not starch the garments. For cotton cloths if someone needs crish finish, they may use diluted solution of starch as a final dip but this is individual buyers choice.
- One must be very careful when applying fragrances to handmade clothes as the ingredients may cause your clothes to remove print or stain. It’s best to spray lightly into the air in front of you then walk directly into the spritz.
- In other cases, wash the clothes carefully by hand.
Sorting
Sort clothes color-wise. Wash only similar colored garments together.
Soaking
Put a small quantity of mild detergent in a half-filled bucket of cold water. Soak the garment in the soapy solution for five minutes. Do not soak for a longer duration. Pre-soaked garments must be washed immediately.
Rinsing
The soiled areas can be rubbed gently by hand. Do not use a solid bar of soap or a brush. Rinse the garment a few times in cold water to remove the detergent completely.
Drying
Drying your clothes under the sun causes color-fading. Therefore, hang them out to dry in the evenings or in shade. Garments should be hung straight to dry on rust- proof hangers (either plastic or wooden).
Ironing
Do not iron directly on block-prints, embroidery, etc. Such clothes should be turned inside out and ironed lightly. Iron temperature must be adjusted for pure cotton and polyester cloths as per recommendations given by iron making company.
Storage
Store garments in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight. Keep whites and light-colored garments away from the darker colored ones. Use aromatic sachets to dispel cupboard odors.
Silk And Silk Blends
Silk and silk blend fabrics must be dry cleaned only. Store carefully in cloth covered with a few scented sachets.
