Unless otherwise stated, RD Enterprise LLC and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on RD Enterprise LLC website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. No use of RD Enterprise LLC’s logo or other artwork will be allowed. You may view and/or print pages from http://www.rdcraze.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

   – Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from http://www. rdcraze.com

2. Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our service. An order that is already paid and dispatched will not be affected by any changes. 

Shipping prices are calculated upon checkout based on the delivery location.

3. Shipping of Goods

The time for delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, however customers will be notified via e-mail or message or call should that be an issue. Orders that are not in-stock may take longer than the expected time for delivery (maximum of 20 business days).

We have made every effort to display on our website as accurately as possible the sizes, colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. 

Certain products may be available have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only if the product is damaged upon arrival or if there is a sizing issue.

In case of damage, please send a photo of the damaged piece along with proof of receipt date WITHIN 24 HOURS. Please refer FAQ for further information on return policy.

In case of sizing issues, please specify what size is needed WITHIN 24 HOURS. The customer will be sent the correct size to the same address. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

5. Personal Information 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and debit or credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. As per UAE’s Ministry of Economy goAML (Anti-Money Laundering) initiative to raise awareness and monitor suspicious transactions, you may be contacted via e-mail to provide further information, such as your passport copy or Emirates ID. This is required for transaction amounts that exceed a certain amount and/or suspicious transactions.
