1. Return & Refund
You have a total of 7 calendar days after the delivery date to return items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 7 calendar days. The 7-day period starts on the day you receive your delivery.
You can return all items within 7 calendar days:
In case the items are identifiable as worn or washed, we can’t refund them.
Additionally, all packaging materials, instructions, and accessories that may have been included with the item must be returned to us along with the item.
If you’re not happy with your order, you have 7 calendar days to send us back any items.
To make a return, simply send us a email with order number. With in 2 days from return request, our logistic partner will contact you and arrange for a return pick up.
Package Your Items: Safely package the items in the original packaging, ensuring they are secure for transportation. Please do not include any other items in the return package apart from those you wanted to return.
Courier Pickup: Hand over the prepared return package to the courier when they arrive.
Once your return package arrived at our warehouse, we will process your refund and the total amount will be reimbursed to you through the same payment method that you used for the purchase. Please keep in mind that the time to refund may vary depending on your payment method. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your return is processed.
When preparing your return package, please make sure to add the right labels for the respective items and package.
You need to pack your items separately under the conditions below:
- Items from the same order that were sent to you via different deliveries
- Items from different orders
You can pack your items into same package when your items from the same order and delivery.
Unfortunately, you cannot return different orders or delivery in one package.
Don’t worry if your original package is damaged; you can use another package, a bag or anything that protects the item properly, and use the required labels.
You don’t need to mention anything. Once return request is placed, our logistic partner will contact you and arrange return pick up.
You can track your return process in “My orders” by selecting the order you returned items for.
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have received your return package.
Once your return package arrived our warehouse, we will process your return and the total amount will be reimbursed to you through the same payment method that you used for the purchase. Please keep in mind that the time to refund may vary depending on your payment method.
If you made your purchase with a discount code or coupon a portion of the discount may be deducted from your refund, based on the discount value. This is because we cannot refund you more than you actually paid for an order.
No, returns are FREE of charge.
Unfortunately, a direct exchange of the returned item is not possible. After the package has been returned and checked, the corresponding value will be refunded. You can then simply reorder the same item.
Sorry to hear that you couldn’t receive your order. Your refund will be credited as soon as your items arrive at our warehouse.
If an item delivered by us has any kind of defect, you can return it, stating the reason for the return as ”The item was faulty/damaged” and adding a photo of the defect.

2. Shipping & Delivery
No, unfortunately it is not possible.
We choose best in class professional logistic partner to deliver your products.
It is unfortunately not possible for us to change the recipient name and/or delivery address after the package has been shipped.
Note: If the courier was unable to deliver your package to you (e.g. because you were out of the address was incorrect), the package will be returned to the R&D warehouse and you will be refunded.
- If the package/product is damaged or the number of packages is incorrect:
- After signing the shipment delivery receipt, ask the courier to issue an “Assessment Report”.
- If you decide not to accept the shipment after checking the content and quantity, get a return note from the logistic company at the same time.
- Deliver the product/box with this record and invoice to the shipment officer and send it back to R&D.
Between 9 am and 6 pm every day except holidays.
At the moment R&D delivers to only within the United Arab Emirates.
Unfortunately, we are unable to add gift-wrap/notes to your orders.
Unfortunately, due to the limited available stock for sale, we do not offer an exchange process.
You can return your order and reorder your preferred size/quantity.
If we cancelled your order, this is usually due to low stock levels or a warehouse error during packing. Sorry!
If the items are still available on the website, you can try placing a new order.
The reason for your order cancellation will have been sent to your registered e-mail address.

- Items may have been shipped at different times so that you can receive your orders faster. Please check your messages.
- Your order may have been cancelled by R&D. Please check your messages.

Products will be delivered within the date range specified during the checkout process. We always try our level best to deliver before the time frame given.
Yes, standard delivery fees are applicable for orders placed on our platform. Shipping fee details are prominently displayed on the checkout pages to provide transparency to our customers. It’s essential to note that the shipping fees can vary based on the destination country.
Express delivery option is also available, and rates are different which will be displayed during the checkout process. Customers will have a choice to choose from the different delivery option.
We recommend that when you receive notification from logistic company, either be available at home and ask someone to take a parcel on your behalf to avoid return of shipment.
Shipping companies only deliver on business days.
When your order is delivered to the shipping company, you will receive an update by e-mail.
You can go to “My account” > “My orders” on the home page to check the status of your order.
After completing your order, you will receive emails about your order status.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders. If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you will have option to return the order within 7 calendar days.
It is unfortunately not possible for us to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
Note: You can start the return process by not accepting the item when it reaches you. As soon as the package has been returned to the R&D warehouse, you will be refunded.
Yes! VAT is included in the sales price of every product sold by R&D wherever it is applicable.
3. Payment
You can use any bank debit card for your orders.
Refunds on purchases made with debit cards may take longer depending on your bank.
It is absolutely safe. Our customers’ security is priority to us and we’re committed to ensuring we keep our customers safe.
R&D has EV Certification, which is the highest SSL Certificate and is used to secure the information transmitted with 128-bit encryption.
We are also compliant with global data security standards (PCI DSS).
The 3D Secure protocol is used for debit/credit card transactions. 3D Secure is an identity verification system developed by card companies to ensure the security of online shopping.
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro debit card.
We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Yes. You can pay with. Tabby provides the facility to pay in 4 instalments which will be link to your credit card.
The refund process for canceled/returned orders is completed within 2-10 business days. The time it takes for a refund to be issued depends on your payment method.
Credit card: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank. If you paid with a credit card, the refund is usually transferred in a couple of days. For debit card payments, the refund process may take longer.
If your payment was declined, please check your payment details to make sure they are correct.
If your credit or debit card was declined, check whether your card has expired or if your billing address is different from the billing address indicated to R&D.
Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit and that the card is not currently being reviewed by your bank.
If the previous steps did not solve the issue, please contact your credit card company or bank for more information.
4. Invoice
Invoices are sent via e-mail.
If you cannot receive your invoice, please submit your request by using the “Contact us” button.
Unfortunately, we cannot change your invoice details once your order is created.
Invoices for purchases from R&D can only be issued for real entities.
Only the sender and recipient information are included on the outside of the package.
The items you have purchased and your invoice are not visible from outside the package.
5. E-Newsletter
Enter the “My Account” page from the top right corner of the homepage.
You can change your preferences by selecting “My Announcement Preferences” from the menu.
*Your request will be processed within 48 hours.
If you made your request on our website and are still receiving the newsletter after 48 hours, please submit your request by using the “Contact us” button.

R&D is a new start up based in United Arab Emirates.
R&D deals in women’s garment only. All products are Make in India.

R&D membership is completely free.

The main criteria on how the search and category pages are listed are in order of relevance:
i) the search and category keywords that you enter; and
ii) the search and category filters which you select.
Products that fit the criteria you selected are ranked based on the following criteria:
iii) the number of times which the products have been purchased and clicked on in the last days on the platform.
The main ranking criteria on our recommendations on the product pages are in order of relevance for similar products:
i) matching based on the products that have been bought and/or looked at in the same shopping session or within specific time intervals, or that exist in the same wish list; and
ii) if the categories and products match each other.
If this results in products that are not similar enough, the search and category page ranking will be applied to show popular products in the category to which the item you are looking at belongs. For a cross-sale, the main ranking criteria are the same, with the exception that instead of looking at category and product matching, the algorithm looks at a broader list of categories, products and brands, and identifies products that are most likely to be sold together.
7. My Account
To reset your password, simply click on “Forgot password” when logging in.
Enter the email address you use for your R&D account.
You will receive an email containing a password reset link (please note: this email may take a couple of hours to reach you and could appear in your spam/junk folder).
Click on the link in the email and you will be prompted to enter a new password.
You can then use your new password to log in to your R&D account.
You can create a new password after logging in to the site using the “My user information” tab in the “My Account” section.
Unfortunately, you cannot change your email address for security reasons.
Click the login icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Enter your email address and create a password under the “Sign up” section. As stated in our Privacy Notice, we do not share your personal data with third parties.
If you want, you can also register with your Facebook or Google account to log in quickly.
You can modify your delivery and billing addresses or add new ones under “My address information” in your customer account.
You can also speed up the order process next time by saving your addresses.
If you would like to delete your account, you can submit your request on “My account page”” by selecting “Request or delete data”.
Before deleting your account, we need to verify the following:
- All of your payments and refunds are settled.
- You have used your balance completely.
- All of your orders have been successfully delivered.
Note: Remember to save all important order data (e.g. warranty information) before deleting your user account.
8. My Discount Coupons
Category A
Applying a code is optional and can be entered while checking out.
- Add the item to the shopping bag.
- Navigate to the “Discount code” field right below the order summary.
- Type the code in this field and click on the “Add” button.
*Maximum 1 discount code can be used per order.
Discount coupons/codes must be used in accordance with their terms of use.
- For discount codes, please ensure that the code is spelled correctly and that all order minimums and requirements are met.
- For coupons, you can view your account’s coupon amounts, expiry dates and conditions in the “My account” -> “My coupons” tab.
- Your discount coupon may be available for a certain spending amount.
- If you are unable to use the coupon or code despite meeting all the conditions, please submit your query using the “Contact us” button.
- Unfortunately, No. Discount codes are single use only.
- For the most up-to-date information on promotions and codes, please refer to our home page.
Unfortunately, we cannot add coupons to orders that have already been placed. However, you may cancel your current order then place a new order using the coupon.
You can view your coupon details in the “My account” -> “My coupons” tab.
- If you place an order using a code, the discount will be applied in proportion to the prices of the ordered items.
- Only the amount paid for the item will be refunded.
- Discount codes cannot be refunded. For the most up-to-date information on promotions and codes, please refer to our home page.
